Aloha Tiare is one of the first fragrances of Comptoir Sud Pacifique, created in 1975. Aloha Tiare is the perfume of a small island in the middle of the Pacific.
Tiare, a sort of gardenia, represents the soul and symbol of Tahiti. "Aloha" is a word of great importance for the inhabitants of Tahiti that, in this case, could be translated as "Tiara's heavenly breath".
Aloha Tiare is a perfumed presentation of Tahiti. In addition to the exotic flowers that smell so sweet in a way that you could eat them, the composition comprises the product of another island - Monoi, a scented oil created by Tiara flowers and coconut oil.
After a brief prelude of citrus notes of lemon, bergamot and papyrus, Tiare appears in the heart in all its beauty: sweet and seductive. Coconut oil and vanilla wonderfully underscore its floral sweetness.

The fragrance opens with the coconut flesh, warm and languid. Then his round and poudrè aspect expands leaving the powdery dust of coconut, free to express itself, gourmand and fascinating. The vanilla flower on the head, tonka bean and warm milk mousse, strengthen the heart, then vanilla and sugar candy enhance and prolong the facets of coconut.
A fascinating scent that evokes the image of a deserted sandy beach, lined with palm trees that sway gently in the breeze as the sun kisses the blue blue water.

The notes of the Eau du Gouverneur include verbena, bergamot, lemon, clary sage, allspice, nutmeg, black pepper, clove, cedar, vetiver and musk. If this sounds like a dense, heavy feast of spices, think: like many Comptoir Sud Pacifique perfumes, L'Eau du Gouverneur is more transparent than not. Thus we have a feast of spices (always so vague along the lines of Lubin Idole without the rum and leather), pretty, dry and spicy, a little green, with a burst of bright citrus opening but with an earthy base of vetiver and woods. The focus is on the nutmeg and spices: if you do not like nutmeg and allspice, do not worry. It has a relaxed and casual feeling and you wear it well with almost every time. The lasting power is good.
