“Fragrances created without
compromise
It all started...
Imagine the early spring of 2004, a dessert after a heavy dinner, friends sitting around a table,
smelling of rose absolute and jasmine in
Morocco and discover the sweetness of cedar of Atlas.
Here's how it started. Pascal Wehrle, owner of medieval art shop in
Zurich, found that Andy Tauer loves to create perfumes. He
wanted to create a perfume for his shop. Wanted a fragrance that was dancing
around the theme: rose, jasmine and cedar wood.
Le Maroc pour Elle was born as an idea. It took me almost a year to develop the
fragrance.
Finally, the scent was in the shop, Luca Turin spoke after in a very positive way on his blog: we ended up in some
magazines and thus, a fragrance that was created to live peacefully on the
shelves of a medieval library began conquer the world soon with companions at
its side, as L'air du desert marocain.
We are still building this business, slowly and carefully. Finally, I will not
forget how it all started: I wanted to create fragrances with love, beyond the
ordinary." - Andy Tauer |
